The MIMIC-CXR-JPG Database is a large publicly available chest X-ray imaging database that provides JPG-format chest radiograph images and structured labels extracted from radiology report texts. This database contains 377,110 JPG-format images and structured labels corresponding to 227,827 associated radiology reports. It aims to support a wide range of research including medical image understanding, natural language processing and decision support. The data has been de-identified to meet HIPAA Safe Harbor requirements, and it is a derivative of the MIMIC-CXR database, offering standardized image formats and label references.
