Chemotherapy-induced extracellular matrix remodelling in HGSOC

In this study we used two murine orthtotopic, transplantable synegeneic models, one that displays excellent response (60577) to carboplatin/paclitaxel and one that is highly chemoresistant (HGS2) and displays a weak response. We analysed the transcriptomes of these murine HGSOC tumours from both models across time in a therapeutic scheme that resembles the human condition. Overall design: RNA sequencing on whole tumours from two murine orthtotopic, transplantable synegeneic HGSOC models (HGS2 timepoint-1 control, n = 3; HGS2 timepoint-1 treated, n = 3; HGS2 timepoint-2 control, n = 4; HGS2 timepoint-2 treated, n = 3; HGS2 timepoint-3 treated, n = 4; 60577 timepoint-1 control, n = 3; 60577 timepoint-1 treated, n = 3; 60577 timepoint-2 control, n = 3; 60577 timepoint-2 treated, n = 4; 60577 timepoint-3 treated, n = 4) . RNAseq was also performed on the 60577 and HGS2 cell lines grown in-vitro as monocultures (n = 2 perc cell line).
