Positionally distinct interferon-stimulated dermal immune-acting fibroblasts promote neutrophil recruitment in Sweet's syndrome [RNA-seq]

Sweet's syndrome is a poorly understood inflammatory skin disease. In this study, cellular and molecular landscape of skin from patients with SS, PG and healthy controls using RNA sequencing have been defined. Overall design: Human skin biopsies from affected individuals were collected and processed for library prep and next-generation sequencing at the Advanced Genomics Core at the University of Michigan.
