We conducted spatial transcriptomics data analysis of mouse tumors of gastric cancer treated with regorafenib, a multikinase inhibitor, which can suppress cancer-associated fibroblast growth by inhibiting platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha and beta. Overall design: Serially transplanted GAN-KP cells (S5) were subcutaneously inoculated into C57BL/6 mice. After 7 days, tumors were treated with vehicle control or regorafenib for 10 days. The mice were euthanized on day 21.
