YSU Concrete Crack Image Dataset (Version 1.0)

This dataset contains 300 real images of surface cracks on concrete structural specimens collected in the Civil Engineering Laboratory at Yogyakarta State University (YSU), Indonesia. The dataset includes three structural types: T-beams, rectangular beams, and cylindrical specimens, each consisting of 100 images. All images are captured under varying lighting and geometric conditions to represent realistic crack appearances. The images are resized to 544 × 384 pixels for compatibility with deep convolutional segmentation architectures such as DeepCrack. This dataset was created for research on deep learning-based crack detection and segmentation and can be used for training, validation, or testing purposes. It is freely available for academic and non-commercial use under the CC BY 4.0 license. Please cite this dataset when used in publications.
