资源简介:
Description An investigation of how isoprenaline, a beta-adrenergic agonist, affects cardiac metabolism in rats with and without 90% pancreatectomy (a type 1 diabetes model). Data includes one Excel file with the following tabs: Blood glucose, which contains the blood glucose levels of the rats over a period of 10 weeks post-pancreatectomy or sham operation. Bodyweight, which contains the bodyweight of the rats over the same period. Figure 2 data, which contains the mitochondrial respiratory capacity of the rats’ left ventricle (LV) at the end of the 10 week period, as measured by high resolution respirometry using the Oroboros Oxygraph2K. Figure 3 data, which contains LV gene transcript levels for the fatty acid oxidation pathway, as measured by RNAseq. Figure 4 metabolites, which contains the levels of measured LV glycolytic metabolites, as measured by liquid-chromatography couple mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Figure 4 Genes, which contains LV glycolytic gene transcript levels as measured by RNAseq. Sup Fig 1, which contains LV metabolite levels of the pentose phosphate pathway, as measured by LC-MS. Fig 5, which contains LV levels of beta-hydroxybutyrate measured by LC-MS, and gene transcription levels for the ketone metabolism pathway, as measured by RNAseq. Figure 6, which contains LV levels of high energy phosphates, as measured by LC-MS. Sup Fig 2, which contains LV levels of lower energy phosphate intemediates, as measured by LC-MS. Data can be opened in Excel. Keywords Diabetes, Mitochondria, Isoprenaline, Metabolism, Heart
