A Local Area Plan (LAP) and a Community Plan are documents that guide existing and future land use within a particular boundary. Each plan is the precursor to which Development Area Zoning Regulations are created. This layer of information contains line work information that pertains to, and, is part of Local Area Plans and Community Plans. This layer of information should be used in conjunction with "Land Use Designations Polygon" layer.
