资源简介:
Well-to-do Romans loved a richly laid table. In the provinces, too, they would acquire quality products from merchants: luxury earthenware and glass, bronze and silver tableware. This wine cup was ordered from a silversmith in Italy and graced the table of a Roman army commander in Germania. The smith engraved his name, Marcus Accius, under the foot. Made in Campania (?), found in Westbaden (Germany), early 1st century AD. Inventory number: 788. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
