AeDNA是由水生生物DNA条形码和基因组组成的eDNA数据库,涉及生物类群包括2万余种鱼类、1万余种水生植物、1万余种浮游动物和1万余种浮游植物;生境类型盖江、河、湖、海、冰川和温泉等各类水环境;数据类型包含18S、28S、ITS、CO1、12S、rbcL等条形码序列以及线粒体、叶绿体等细胞器基因组和物种全基因组序列。数据库收集了近60万余条eDNA序列,其中AeDNA团队贡献了6万余条。AeDNA依旨在实现水生生物的调查、监测、追溯和预警的综合能力。
AeDNA is an eDNA database composed of DNA barcodes and genomes of aquatic organisms. It covers a wide range of taxa: more than 20,000 fish species, over 10,000 aquatic plant species, over 10,000 zooplankton species and over 10,000 phytoplankton species. The involved habitats span diverse aquatic environments including rivers, lakes, seas, glaciers and hot springs. The database contains multiple data types: barcode sequences such as 18S, 28S, ITS, CO1, 12S and rbcL, as well as mitochondrial and chloroplast organellar genomes and whole genome sequences of species. In total, the database has collected nearly 600,000 eDNA sequences, among which over 60,000 sequences were contributed by the AeDNA research team. The core goal of AeDNA is to enable comprehensive capabilities for aquatic organism survey, monitoring, traceability and early warning.
