This study aims to estimate the acceptance of professors for -learning platform Moodle effectiveness of use and the extent of E-learning environment impact and perceive of ease on dependent the variable effectiveness of use. The study included a group of respondents through an electronic questionnaire, 71 of them were analyzed, as the machine learning technique was employed under supervision to process the data. that was divided into a training part and another for testing. The logistic regression algorithm and the random forest classification algorithm were used, which proved effective in the accuracy of the results to predict and classify the professors and students acceptance for effectiveness of use with Python program, and the field results showed There was a positive effect of both perceived ease of use and professional experience on the effectiveness of using, while the role of the e-learning environment was weak.
