mRNA translation is finely tuned to regulate protein levels in the cell. Here, we aimed to investigate the tissue specific mRNA translational patterns (the translatome) and the codon usage patterns governing these patterns. Tissues were collected from 8 weeks old male mice and Ribosome profiling conducted following ribosome footprinting using RNAse I.
