Biomimetic Cell Stimulation with Graphene Oxide Antigen Presenting Platform (GO-APP) for Developing T Cell-Based Therapies [RNA-Seq]

Graphene Oxide Antigen Presenting Platform was designed for human T cell activation superior to commercial beads. We used deep RNA sequencing to study the mechanism of the T cell activation from PBMCs. Overall design: T cells were activated and expanded from PBMCs using Beads3/28 (aCD3 and aCD28 on commercial beads) and GO-APP3/28 (aCD3 and aCD28 on graphene oxide antigen presenting platform) respectively. Activated T cells were analyzed using deep RNA sequencing.
