Pixel values for visual stimuli around the assumed time of stimulus presentation

CSV files for each recording session of the project, each of which contains mean pixel intensities in the bounding box around the presenting white LED in the frames around assumed time of presentation. Here the assumed time of presentation reflects the TDT time multiplied by the frame rate held in the video metadata (usually 30 FPS) which we know does not accomodate dropped frames. The mean pixel intensity is calculated from the blue channel of the video only. <br> For more information, see get_vis_stim_in_video.m
