Brain Dynamics of Mental Manipulation (data and code)

Data and code related to the following article: D. R. Quiroga-Martinez, et al., Brain dynamics of mental manipulation. The code includes a repository of libraries created for the analyses ("src" folder) and functions to perform the different analysis steps, numbered accordingly (e.g., "WM2a_compute_TFR.py") We also provide preprocessed data and signals under the "data" folder including: - Behavior and demographics- Band power time courses for each subject and frequency band- Decoding accuracies- Connectivity values for imcoh, GC and time reversed GC (gc_tr)- Phase-amplitude coupling values, both local and long-range. Here we also include the output of statistical tests under the "stats" subfolder.
