The silkworm varieties Xianghui and 932 were provided by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Research Academy of Sericultural Science. The eggs were subjected to HCl treatment after 47C for 30 min, samples were taken on 0 h and 10 day and stored at -80C. The silkworm eggs by HCl treatment without NB were used as the control, and 3 biological replicates were set up.
