Harmonized Datasets To Support Seroepidemiology Of Trachoma For The Elimination Endgame (R01-AI158884)

Overview This repository includes harmonized data to support research on the seroepidemiology of trachoma and Chlamydia trachomatis. These data were harmonized and made publicly available under the NIH-funded study: Seroepidemiology of trachoma for the elimination endgame R01-AI158884. This data is also maintained on Dryad (10.5061/dryad.5qfttdzhx). The current version of these data is Version 5. Versions 2–5 were made public on Open Science Framework (OSF.IO/YKJC4). As OSF is being phased out, future versions will be maintained on Zenodo. Future updates to these datasets will be version controlled (6,…) and added to this repository. Older versions remain, since peer-reviewed scientific articles are based on locked versions of the data.
