The mouse skin and gut microbiota was sequenced (16s amplicon) after antibiotic depletion to characterize respective microbiomes after oral antibiotic treatment.To investigate the impact of topical bacterial application on host skin repair, various bacteria as indicated in group metadata were applied to mouse skin after tapestripping damage and daily until experimental endpoint. Skin samples collected at various timepoints after damage were used for bulk RNAseq transcriptome analysis.
