Model data from perturbed parameter ensemble simulations used in manuscript submitted to ACP "Interacting effects of droplet number and ice formation processes on mixed-phase cold-air outbreak clouds"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains model data from perturbed parameter ensemble (PPE) simulations used in manuscript submitted to Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics "Interacting effects of droplet number and ice formation processes on mixed-phase cold-air outbreak clouds". For details of the model setup and model data processing, please refer to the Methods section of the corresponding manuscript. Two .zip files are shown here, which are model data for the stratocumulus region (sc.zip) and cumulus region (cu.zip) in the cold-air outbreak case on 24 October 2022 over the Labrador Sea. Each .zip file contains 66 .nc files, each of the .nc file contains model variables (albedo, cloud cover, all-sky liquid water path, all-sky ice water path, all-sky total water path) from one PPE member/ configuration (cfig*.nc). The standardised values for all the parameters and ppe members are shown seperately in the parameter_input.txt file. The parameter input values are the same for both sets of PPE simulations. Note that both domains in the model data shown here were substracted from the raw model output for the clouds of interests, hence the coordinates are 2-D rather one 1-D ararys. The time points are from 12:00 UTC to 19:45 UTC on 24 October 2022.
