Exosomal RNA was isolated from normal human epidermal melanocytes (NHEM) of three different donors and from three different melanoma cell lines (WM9, WM35, WM902B). miRNAs were analysed according to a small RNA specific next generation sequencing protocol.
从三位不同捐赠者的正常人类表皮黑色素细胞（NHEM）以及三种不同的黑色素瘤细胞系（WM9、WM35、WM902B）中分离出外泌体RNA。针对小RNA进行的大规模测序分析依照特定的RNA特异性小RNA测序方案进行。
