Solar Irradiance Data 2025 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

This dataset features one-minute resolution Global Horizontal Irradiation (GHI) data, collected continuously in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, across the entire year of 2025. It was specifically created to support the dataset presented in the journal paper: "A One-Minute Resolution Global Horizontal Irradiance Dataset Recorded in Malaysia for Photovoltaic System Modelling and Validation." in Data in Brief Journal. The data can be used for power system control and grid integration research, such as controller testing, energy storage sizing, ramp-rate mitigation, and analyzing grid stability under high solar penetration.
