USB Gym: result files behind the tables and figures

Result files behind the tables and figures of the article "USB Gym: A Gymnasium Testbed for Closed-Loop Ultrasound View Matching" and its supplementary material: JSON result records with provenance blocks, run logs, CSV episode tables, trajectory and simulated-frame arrays, the acoustic window file and seven CT label caches derived from the TotalSegmentator dataset. MANIFEST.tsv maps each file to the printed tables and figures it feeds, and SHA256SUMS lists the digest of every file. Local paths, user and host names and the names of private folders and repositories were replaced, as listed in SANITIZATION.md. Wording of the pre-specified plans that the records quoted and change-history notes were withheld, and codes of process-record entries and post hoc items, dated process notes and words of the development process were removed (SANITIZATION.md lists each rule with its counts); the mixed-model row labels, status strings and citations take the form the article prints. CROSSWALK.tsv gives the original and the public sha256 and md5 of each changed file. The files are licensed under CC BY 4.0, except the eight files that hold content derived from the AMOS 2022 CTs, which are shared under CC BY-SA 4.0 (listed in README.md).
