It continuously collects comprehensive data of preterm infants and critically ill neonates, including their medical histories, medication records, clinical symptoms, and imaging examination results, and is associated with clinical events such as apnea, infection, and bradycardia. The data is available in two forms: narrative texts of medical reports and patient condition descriptions, plus standardized clinical datasets, and is used to train intelligent vital sign early warning models. Its application scenario is the NICU central monitoring station, where it enables all-weather automatic patient monitoring. This dataset supports AI models to early identify abnormal patterns from complex physiological signals, predict the risk of clinical deterioration, assist medical staff in implementing precise interventions, and effectively reduce the mortality and disability rates of neonates.
