npy files containing the relevant data involved in the analysis:var_cycl files contain Hovmoeller plots of the average over the cyclone (on a circle of 40 km from the center) of T,QV and other variables, depending on the simulation (CTRL,FIX_RAD, HOMO_RAD).<br>EL and LFC are Equilibrium Level and Level of Free Convection time series (always over the cyclone), mycape are CAPE data.
