德清路侧高清相机采集的全天候视频，基于事件感知算法检测包含非法停车、事故、行人进入非机动车道、逆行、低速超速、抛洒物、道路维修、路口溢出等交通事件

This dataset consists of all-weather videos collected by high-definition roadside cameras deployed along roads in Deqing. Event-aware algorithms are applied to detect multiple traffic events including illegal parking, traffic accidents, pedestrians entering non-motorized vehicle lanes, wrong-way driving, speed violations (both excessive speed and overly slow driving), dropped loads, road maintenance operations, and queue spillback at intersections.
