Properties of P. falciparum mutated Pdx1 and Pdx2 proteins in comparison to the wild type.

The properties of the recombinant P. falciparum vitamin B6 biosynthesis enzymes Pdx1 and Pdx2 were determined as described in the Material and Methods section.
