Relative abundance tables of native microbial consortia

This dataset contains amplicon-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) relative abundance tables of microbial communities associated with mine-affected soils. The data were generated to support the selection, scaling, and field application of native microbial consortia for ecological restoration and revegetation of mine closure sites. The dataset includes taxonomic abundance profiles at class and genus levels derived from 16S rRNA gene and fungal ITS region sequencing. These data were used to identify microbial taxa potentially associated with soil recovery processes and to inform the development of beneficial microbial consortia for restoration strategies. All tables are provided in CSV format and correspond to processed, quality-filtered and taxonomically assigned sequencing data.
