The dataset consists of 38 data documents. 34 of them indicate yearly grassland AGB in Northern China. Every data document is recorded as NGYYYYAGB.tif. NG, YYYY and AGB respectively indicates grassland in Northern China, the year and the aboveground biomass. The other 4 data documents, that is respectively NG1980sAGB.tif, NG1990sAGB.tif, NG2000sAGB.tif and NG2010sAGB.tif, separately represent average AGB values during the period of 1982-1989, 1990-1999, 2000-2009, and 2010-2015. The data unit is g m-2.
