Eighth public release of GRIDInstitutes added from the following sources:- Grant data from Germany- Grant data from Africa- Institutes from OrgrefMetadata additions:- Added Orgref and Wikidata links for ~14000 institutes- Imported local name variants from Wikidata- Updated to the latest Geonames databaseQA:- Fixed a number of relationships from / to redirected institutes- Fixed a number of Geo lat / long that were a long way from the address city (as defined by geonames)- Updated relationships and institutes in Helmholtz, Germany- Updated Norwegian institutes based on recent University Mergers
