Differentially expressed genes in the PhIP/DSS-induced mouse colon tumors were identified through the mRNA expression profiles of the tumors and the matching controls using the mouse exonic evidence based oligonucleotide (MEEBO) microarray. The study includes 7 PhIP/DSS-induced colon tumors collected from 3 individual humanized CYP1A mice in order to identify the differentially expresssed genes in the tumors.
