资源简介:
Epicoccum nigrum (ACCC39733) is a fungal pathogen that causes leaf spot on tea (Camellia sinensis [L.] O. Ktze), and causes decline in both the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by E. nigrum was firstly found in Sinan County, Guizhou Province, China. In this study, a model of host tea (C. sinensis Fuding-dabaicha) leaves infected by E. nigrum after inoculation for 48 h, and then the mRNAs of tea leaves were sequenced on the illumina Novaseq 6000 platform. The sequence of the mRNAs originating from tea leaves, and the expression abundance of these sequences from tea during the infection of the pathogen, E. nigrum would contribute to learn plant-pathogen interaction.
