Colocalised fluorescence images of U2OS cell nuclei at different magnifications (10x, 20x, 40x, 60x). U2OS cells were fixed and stained with Hoechst : 10,000 cells per well in Cellvis 8-well chamber in 200–300 µL complete media per well Hoescht staining: 1 µg/mL, 200 µL per well Widefield images were acquired with a Nikon Ti2 (specifications for each magnification were included in the metadata files).
