Whole-exome sequencing of hypothalamic hamartoma from an infant with Pallister-Hall syndrome

In this study, we have successfully partially removed a hypothalamic hamartoma in a seven-month-old boy diagnosed with PHS. The whole-exome sequencing (WES) of the tumor and blood sample of the patient revealed that he carried a likely pathogenic de novo variant in GLI3.
