Crystallization of wax esters in oleogels – relevance of chain length and ester bond position - research data set

Set of raw data that was used to substantiate the outcomes of the publication "Crystallization of wax esters in oleogels – relevance of chain length and ester bond position". The dataset includes raw data of X-ray Scattering (XRS) Profiles and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Profiles and oscillatory rheology temperature and amplitude strain tests and isothermal holding times for pure component (PC) wax esters (WEs) and their oleogels (OG). In the files, all WEs are denoted according to their composing fatty alcohol (FaOH) and fatty acid (FA) moiety as CN(FaOH)-CN(FA), e.g. 14-20.
