Sign Districts

The City of Bend Sign Districts regulate signs that are visible from streets or which are visible from one site to another to provide reasonable regulations for the design, construction, placement and maintenance of signs in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the community. This polygon feature class includes current sign districts for the City of Bend and all unincorporated areas within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). Details regarding Sign Districts can be found in Bend Development Code 9.50. Data is updated as changes are approved by City Council.
