Spatial Transcriptomics of Human Colorectal Cancer: PTGS2 regulation of plasticity

This repository contains spatial transcriptomics datasets from five human colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue sections generated using the 10x Genomics Xenium platform. CRC_human_epithelial_transcript_distance_matrixSample-specific parquet files containing epithelial cell transcript counts together with spatial distance measurements to PTGS2-positive fibroblasts. CRC_human_xenium_muspan_domainsMuSpAn domain files (v1.2.5) derived from processed Xenium datasets of human colorectal cancer tissue sections. These files include cell type annotations and cell-level transcript counts for DACH1 and PTGS2.
