"Real-time transmission of massive graphic data in maskless lithography systems has become a critical bottleneck limiting production capacity. This dataset and code accompany the paper that proposes the **RLE4K** dual-mode compression algorithm and its FPGA hardware decoding scheme. RLE4K achieves adaptive encoding through bit mode (1\u201363 bits) and segment mode (64\u20134032 bits), with a theoretical maximum compression ratio of 504:1. The FPGA decoder uses a direct-generation strategy with zero BRAM, ~0.22% LUT utilization on Xilinx UltraScale, and single-module throughput of 43.25 Gbps. Experiments on 12 actual PCB files show an average compression ratio of 176.06, enabling Gigabit Ethernet to carry streams that originally required 63.4 Gbps, with zero decoding bit error rate."
