Mouse proteome pofiler array from AP and NP group.

Cytokine array analysis was performed on serum samples from mice undergoing either AP or NP wound therapy in the early stages of wound healing, specifically at 0, 0.5, 2, and 16 hrs post-injury. To assess the impact of NPWT on wound recovery in mice, we conducted a randomized division of mice into two groups: one subjected to traditional wet dressing under atmospheric pressure (AP: 0, 0.5, 2, 16 hrs) and the other to negative pressure (NP: 0.5, 2, 16 hrs) wound therapy. After wound therapy, we collected the blood sample and detected 111 cytokines levels through cytokines array kit, each cytokines two repeated, and each experiment two repeated (exclude AP 0hrs).
