Construct a key enterprise knowledge graph for the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain, analyze the electricity consumption data of enterprises affiliated to the chain, generate the industrial chain operation index from two dimensions of production capacity and structure, and develop eight supporting applications including upstream and downstream fluctuation impact monitoring and cluster change monitoring. This enables intelligent monitoring and analysis of the industrial chain's health status and development bottlenecks, so as to facilitate timely intervention measures for stabilizing and strengthening the industrial chain. This data product can serve energy-consuming enterprises, helping them address their business shortcomings, and support the government's industrial chain electricity consumption monitoring and early warning work, assisting the government in carrying out timely interventions to stabilize and strengthen the industrial chain.
