in this work, we argue that the absence of consultation between the two poles of the same axis tends to install in us a posture that lacks nuance. From the outset, we also argue that, to restore nuance and effort, Generic injunctions, those we give ourselves as well as those we receive (pay more attention, set out to see, letter the effort, persevere) do not produce the expected effects. However, when neither life nor integrity of the person is not threatened to leave any overdominance which poses a problem, it is important to take the slow road, this road which takes the time to think about the situation which poses a challenge despite and despite the constant pressure of the fast road who seeks to free himself from it as quickly as possible. This slow road gives movement to our knowledge of thinking about our presence in ourselves (self) and in the world (the other in itself).
