This dataset was produced from the researcher's doctoral dissertation. The dataset for this dissertation includes 46 in-depth interviews with non-binary individuals, with 23 respondents from Hungary and 23 from Bangladesh. The data captures demographic information, gender identity, education, religious affiliation, and employment status, with a focus on employment discrimination and labor market experiences. It provides insights into the socio-cultural and legal factors influencing the economic inclusion of non-binary individuals in both countries.
