RNA-Seq of human B cells after induction by human melanoma conditioned medium

This experiment showed a distinct phenotypic and functional change in B cells induced by melanoma conditioned medium. Therefore, B cells are directly activated by melanoma cells. It furthermore shows, that B cells express a wide variety of genes that indicate that B cells have a strong effect on the composition of the whole tumor microenvironment.
