Ocean color provinces of the North Sea

The following R project contains all scripts required to reproduce the
analysis of Taylor et al. (in press).

R scripts:

Pre-processing of raw Globcolor ocean color (OC) data into raster
“bricks” (do not run; raw data files are not included)

Zooplankton community analysis: Canonical Correspondence Analysis
(CCA), SIMPER analysis. Argument ocData at top of script defines
the CPR match-up data to be used (“oc8D” for 8-day mean and “oc1D”
for daily mean match-ups). Requires > 5 Gb of memory for SIMPER
analysis
