To explore the transcription mechanisms underlying BDNF point mutation-induced ASD symptoms in rats, we conducted bulk RNA-seq analysis. we found changes in gene expression patterns related to synapses and neuronal excitability in these areas, providing new insights into the pathogenesis of ASD.
