Intratumoral injection of TLR4 agonist GLA in A20 tumor model

The goal of this study was to investigate the effect of intratumoral injection of GLA-SE, a TLR4 agonist in stable emulsion (SE), in Balb/c mice with established A20 lymphoma. Female Balb/c mice with implanted A20 tumors were randomly assigned to each treatment group (N=4 per group): PBS control, GLA-SE (10 ug GLA in 50ul of 2% SE), or control SE alone. Intratumoral injection was administrated every other day. After three injections, the tumors were harvested for RNA extraction. Total RNA was extracted using the Qiagen DNA/RNA Allprep kit. 200ug of total RNA was used for nanostring gene expression analysis using the mouse panCancer Immune profiling panel
