Whole-genome resequencing was performed on 244 T. urartu accessions primarily originating from the Fertile Crescent, the center of wheat domestication, capturing the majority of its genetic diversity. Genomic libraries with an average insert size of approximately 270 bp were constructed and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. This yielded 7.75 Tb of clean paired-end (150 bp) reads, with an average sequencing depth of 5.73X per accession.
