Level 8 size Uber H3 hexagons, clipped along county boundaries, indicating county priority areas for North Carolina's CAB (Connecting Access to Broadband). Numeric labels, where present, indicate a priority ranking as assigned by counties that wish to rank some priority areas higher than others due to one or more relevant factors. Broadband infrastructure project proposed under CAB will be evaluated by a team of NCBIO staff and county representatives, and proposals will evaluate more strongly when they align more closely with these county priority areas.
