The Polish Adaptive and Maladaptive Perfectionism Questionnaire

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that the construct of perfectionism consists of two dimensions, comprising both positive and negative components. This article reviews the theoretical and empirical background of perfectionism, and describes development of the first Polish Adaptive and Maladaptive Perfectionism Questionnaire. Three studies were undertaken to investigate the reliability, convergent and discriminant validity of the presented instrument.
