We charaterized the effect of ARID1A phase separation on transcriptome/epigenome/3D chromatin structure in Ewing's Sarcoma cancer cell line Overall design: RNA-seq and ATAC-seq were performed on 6 ARID1A LLPS-positive and 7 ARID1A LLPS-negative A673 cell lines. In situ Hi-C was performed on 2 ARID1A LLPS-positive and 2 negative A673 cell lines.
