Absence of Cytoplasmic Incompatibility and High Vertical Wolbachia Transmission in a Neotropical Drosophilid

These files contain the data for our article published in Journal of Evolutionary Biology, “Absence of Cytoplasmic Incompatibility and High Vertical Wolbachia Transmission in a Neotropical Drosophilid”. This study examined the persistence and fitness effects of Wolbachia infection in Drosophila sturtevanti, revealing reduced female fecundity and larval production, absence of cytoplasmic incompatibility, and high but imperfect maternal transmission.
