Bacterial-Mimetic Membranes Reveal Hopanoid-Associated Microdomains

This repository contains the datasets supporting the findings of the associated study. The data include results from experimental measurements and molecular simulations. Specifically, the repository provides: FTIR spectroscopy data acquired for the characterization of the studied systems, including raw spectra and processed data where applicable. FRAP (Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching) datasets, including recovery curves and derived parameters used for quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis of vesicles, including datasets used for size distribution, concentration, and related statistical evaluations. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation data, including system configurations and output files relevant to the simulations described in the study. Experimental conditions, simulation parameters, and analysis procedures are described in the associated manuscript.
